What is a prestart meeting?
Prestart is a meeting where you select all the finishes and fixtures for your new home. It’s the moment you get to choose everything from the bricks and roof cover that define your home’s exterior to the taps and countertops you’ll use every day. This meeting takes place after your building contracts have been presented but before any construction begins. Essentially, this is where all the final decisions about your home’s colours, materials, and fittings are made before we start building.
