Prestart is when you get to pick and choose all those key inclusions, such as doors, bricks, taps, floor coverings and kitchen counter tops.
You can expect your prestart meeting to take place after your building contracts have been presented but before construction commences.

How can I prepare for prestart?
Good question! Getting prepped is a great idea, as it can help sharpen your desired style by the time you get to prestart. Websites like Pinterest can provide hours of scrolling inspiration, as can magazines. Whip out your phone and snap pics of colours, textures, fixtures and fittings that you really like.
Display homes are also a great place to see how your potential choices will come to life in a home environment. We have display homes right across the metro area, so you won’t have to travel far!
While prestart is primarily about the ‘look’ of each room, one extra element to consider is how each room will work. Consider your placement of TV’s, couches and the like, as this can affect aspects such as power point placement. For example, do you want to be able to have your laptop plugged in while you knock out some emails on the lounge?
