Easystart Homes – House and Land Packages from $550/week

Easystart Homes is not the owner of the land. Easystart Homes has permission from the owner of the land to advertise this House & Land (“H&L”) package at the specified price.

A separate H&L contract will be generated by Easystart Homes and the relevant developer. At the time of listing, the price was current and the land is still available for sale.

The land price does not include transfer duty, settlement costs and any other fees associated with the settlement of the land. Images are generic and are used for illustrative purposes only.

Principal & interest loan repayments of $550 per week are based upon a 20% deposit on the variable interest rate of 6.24% (comparison rate 6.64% per annum) on the Beyond Bank First Home Buyer Variable loan with a term of 30 years. The interest rate is effective as of 15th October 2024 and is subject to change. Fees & charges may apply including any applicable lenders mortgage insurance. Principal & interest loan repayments are determined on a package price of $526,125 and eligibility for the first home owners grant of $10,000. Comparison rate is based on $150,000 over 25 years. Summit Homes Group – Referral Program

• To be eligible to receive the referral fees, the referrer must:
  • Have entered into a building contract to construct a dwelling with a new homes brand of the Summit Homes Group which includes Easystart Homes, New Generation Homes, Summit Homes or Summit South West.
  • Refer a person who also enters into a building contract with the new homes brand of the Summit Homes Group which includes Easystart Homes, New Generation Homes, Summit Homes or Summit South West.
  • The new clients must not have already engaged with Easystart Homes, New Generation Homes, Summit Homes or Summit South West.
  • Obtain permission from the referee before submitting their details.
• The Referee can refer multiple friends — there’s no limit.
• The referee must complete the referral process prior to/ or at the first interaction with a New Homes Consultant. No referral details will be accepted after this point.
• The $1,000* referral payment will be paid as a direct debit into the nominated bank account of the referrer when the referring customer’s (referrer) and referee’s homes have both reached the construction milestone of slab down.
• The $1,000 (inc GST) Prestart voucher will be provided to the new client building (referee) and must be included in the signed PPA contract.
• If the referrer does not wish to receive the $1,000, they can pass the value onto the new client building (referee) as a $1,000 (inc GST) prestart allowance voucher. This then provides the new client building (referee) with a total of $2,000 (inc GST) prestart allowance voucher.
• If either contract is cancelled, this offer becomes null and void.

Eligibility:

Draw Entry:

Draw:

Winner Selection:
