Summit Homes Group – Chance to win $1,000 for your review

Provide a review on your experience with Summit Homes Group (Summit Homes, New Generation Homes, Easystart Homes and Summit South West) to go into the draw to win $1,000.

Eligibility:

  • Individuals who are currently building with Summit Homes Group and leave a review are eligible to participate in the draw.
  • Participants must email their review to summitmarketing@summithomes.com.au to be entered into the draw.
  • Entrants must be over the age of 18 years old.
  • Entry must include a written review as well as a star rating on Google Review or Product Review.

Draw Entry:

  • To be eligible for the $1,000 prize draw, participants must email their review to summitmarketing@summithomes.com.au as instructed.
  • Failure to email the review will result in disqualification from the draw.

Draw:

  • Promotion to commence on the 7th of September 2026 and end on the 30th of November 2026.
  • The $1,000 prize is drawn on the 1st of December 2026.

Winner Selection:

Summit Homes Group Building Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

Definitions
• Referrer: The Referrer must be a previous client of one of the Summit Homes Group divisions and must have reached construction stage, with all progress payments up to date.
• Referred Buyer: The Referred Buyer must be a new client of the Summit Homes Group.
• Builder: Tangent Nominees Pty Ltd (ACN 008 865 585) trading as the Summit Homes Group

The Summit Homes Group Building Referral Program is available for referrals made to Easystart Homes, New Generation Homes, Summit Homes and Summit South West.
• To be eligible for a referral reward, the referrer must:
o Have previously entered into a building contract with a Summit Homes Group brand; and
o Refer a new client who subsequently enters into a building contract with a Summit Homes Group brand.
• The referred client must not have already engaged with Summit Homes Group prior to the referral being submitted.
• The referrer must obtain the referred client’s permission before submitting their details.
• Referrals must be submitted prior to, or at, the referred client’s first interaction with a New Homes Consultant. Referral claims submitted after this point may not be accepted.
• The total referral reward is valued at $2,000 (inc. GST).
• The referral reward may be allocated in one of the following ways:
o $2,000 paid to the referrer via bank transfer;
o $2,000 provided to the referred client as a prestart allowance;
o $1,000 paid to the referrer and $1,000 provided to the referred client as a prestart allowance.
• The allocation of the referral reward will be agreed between the referrer and Summit Homes Group and must be recorded prior to contract execution.
• Any prestart allowance must be included in the referred client’s contract documentation and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Referral payments are made when the referred client’s home reaches slab stage (or site commencement for renovation projects).
• Referral rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for credit, cash alternatives or other merchandise, except where a direct bank transfer forms part of the approved referral allocation.
• If the referred client’s building contract is cancelled, terminated or does not proceed to slab stage (or site commencement for renovations), the referral reward becomes null and void.
• Summit Homes Group reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any referral and to refuse any referral that does not meet the requirements of the program.
• This referral program may be amended, suspended or withdrawn at any time at the discretion of Summit Homes Group.
• The decision of Summit Homes Group regarding any aspect of the referral program is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

 

Easystart Homes Instagram Competition

  • Eligibility:
    • The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
    • Employees of Easystart Homes, its related entities, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  • Entry Period:
    • The competition will run on a 3-month basis, starting from the 1st of September 2025 at 12:00 am AWST and ending at 11:59 pm AWST on the 30th of November 2025.
    • Entries received outside of the competition period will not be considered.
  • How to Enter:
    • To enter, participants must either:
      • Use the hashtag #easystarttofinish on their Instagram post, or
      • Tag @easystarthomes in the post.
    • The Instagram profile must be set to public for the entry to be visible.
    • Multiple entries are allowed, but each participant can only win one prize per month.
  • Prize:
    • One winner will be randomly selected each month to win a $200 Visa gift card.
    • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other items.
  • Winner Selection and Announcement:
    • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
    • The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 5 business days of the competition period ending.
    • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, Easystart Homes reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
  • Use of Entries:
    • By entering, participants give Easystart Homes the right to use their Instagram post or tag for promotional purposes, including but not limited to sharing on Easystart Homes’ social media channels.
  • General:
    • Easystart Homes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary.

  • Privacy:
    • Personal information provided by participants will be used by Easystart Homes solely for the purpose of conducting the competition and contacting the winner.

Easystart ‘Just a $2k Deposit to get started’

On signing a Preliminary Preparations Agreement (PPA), a non-refundable $2,000 customer deposit is required to be paid to Summit Homes Group. Additional land deposit required to be paid to secure your chosen block of land.

 

Fast Track Guarantee Terms & Conditions

Definitions:

In these Terms and Conditions the following terms shall have the meaning described herein:

“Builder” means Tangent Nominees Pty Ltd (ACN 008 865 585) as trustee for the Summit Homes Group Unit Trust trading as Summit Homes of 242 Leach Hwy, Myaree, Western Australia;

“Owner” means the Owner as defined under the HIA Building Contract;

“Fast Track Guarantee – Pre-Construction” means the period of 4 months from acceptance of Fast Track Guarantee Annexure by the Sales Manager to all approvals being met as per the terms of the Building Contract. The guaranteed time period by the Builder to the Owner is subject to the below Terms and Conditions;

“PPA” means the Preparation of Plans Agreement signed between the Builder and Owner detailing the fee payable for the preparation of the contractual documents;

“Contract Documents” has the same meaning as defined under the HIA Building Contract;

“HIA Building Contract” means the HBCA Lump Sum Building Contract between the Builder and the Owner;

“Compensation” means the compensation payable by the Builder to the Owner in accordance with clause 13 of these Terms and Conditions;

“Summit Homes Standard Range Plans” are exclusive ranges of homes by the Builder to which the Fast Track Guarantee will apply to only;

“Terms and Conditions” mean these terms and conditions for the Fast Track Guarantee.

Eligibility:

1. The Fast Track Guarantee:

a. applies only to eligible owners who have signed a PPA after 8 September 2026 and the Fast Track Guarantee promotion may be discontinued at any time by the Builder;

b. must be expressly noted on the PPA as a special condition to apply;

c. must be expressly noted on the Addenda or contract Quotation to the HIA Building Contract as a special condition to apply;

d. will only apply if these Terms and Conditions are executed by the Owner and the Builder;

e. is only applicable for owners who have selected a single storey design from Summit Homes Standard Range Plans;

f. is subject to the Owner obtaining unconditional finance approval and land settlement in the Owner’s name within the Pre-Construction Program timeframe;

g. requires titles to have been issued by Landgate and practical completion of land met and accessible to be surveyed at time of PPA;

h. is not applicable to contracts which require R-Codes Variation, MRA approval, planning approval, demolition of structures or any subdivision prior to construction;

i. is not applicable to contracts for owners who are supplying items or trades;

j. is not applicable to contracts for owners who have requested major structural changes or over five (5) minor structural changes to a Summit Homes Standard Range Plan; and

k. is only applicable to contracts for homes to be built within the Builder’s Zone 1 Perth metropolitan and South West Western Australian region as determined by the Builder.

Guarantee:

2. In the event that the Builder is unable to fulfil the Fast Track Guarantee it will pay to the Owner the Compensation subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Termination of Fast Track Guarantee:

3. The Owner must:

a) comply with all terms and conditions of the Contract Documents;

b) obtain unconditional finance approval and land settlement in the Owner’s name within the Pre Construction Program timeframe;

c) provide all signatures on documentation (for example, but not limited to, Contracts, Variations, Drawings, Colour Selection Document) within 5 days of being provided with the documents by the Builder;

d) adhere to all designated Pre-start appointments and meet (in person or virtually) within 5 working days of the first available appointment as communicated by the Builder;

e) make all selections from standard and upgrade options available on the Summit Homes Customer Portal;

f) not request new variation items after the Pre-start appointment.

4. If the Owner fails to fufill its obligations under clasue 3 above, the Fast Track Guarantee becomes null & void.

5. Should the requirement for R-Codes Variation or planning be determined after the date of PPA but before the Building Contract is executed the Fast Track Guarantee will be terminated.

6. Any structural changes after the acceptance of the PPA are not allowed and the Fast Track Guarantee will be terminated.

7. The Fast Track Guarantee will terminate upon any termination of the Contract Documents.

Extension of Fast Track Guarantee:

8. Should the requirement for R-Code Variation or planning be determined after the date of the Building Contract the Fast Track Guarantee will be extended by an equivalent time taken for this approval.

9. Should title to the land not be issued and/or practical completion of land not be completed by the date of PPA acceptance, the timeframe will be extended by the number of days between PPA acceptance and both title having been issued and Site Survey having been received by the Builder.

10. Public holidays will extend the period of the Fast Track Guarantee by an equivalent time.

11. If part of the Fast Track Guarantee period aligns with the Christmas and New Year period, being between December 21 and January 3, the Fast Track Guarantee period will be extended by (8) working days.

Compensation:

13. In the event that the Fast Track Guarantee time period of 4 months, is not met by the Builder then the owner will be entitled to a payment from the builder of two hundred and fifty ($250) per week, calculated daily, including GST for the delay period to a maximum period of 4 weeks.

14. The Owner must not be in breach of the Contract Documents to receive the Compensation.

15. The Compensation will be paid to the Owner’s nominated bank account after the Slab Claim payment is made as per the terms of the Building Contract.

16. The Owner has no right to set-off the Compensation from any amount owed under the Contract Documents.

General:

17. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws and jurisdiction of Western Australia.

18. These Terms and Conditions are not transferable or assignable by the Owner.
