We had our pre-construction consultation with Laura who was fantastic. With so many options to choose from, it can be overwhelming. However, Laura made the whole process easy and fun. She also has a great eye for design and helped us color match when we got stuck. EasyStart with Summit are true professionals and you feel like you're in good hands right from the start. Good communication, easy app to choose your pre-start selections. Then when we had our pre-start meeting with Laura, it was cool to see what we chose in real life. Working on my new home project has been pretty smooth sailing, It's been great having someone like Paul O’Donoghue on board to help navigate everything. He's really made the process of building my new home feel manageable and It’s been a huge relief to have a reliable person guiding me through each step so far. Paul's expertise has made all the difference in keeping things on track, and after my first experience building years ago with a different company I said I would never build again but having Paul by my side has given me the confidence to build a new exciting start for myself and my two little boys. I"m extremely happy with how everything is coming together. It's been a positive experience with Paul and I can not thank him enough.

We are in the pre-construction phase of our build with EasyStart (Summit). Having reached out to a few building companies EasyStart was our second team, approached for a house and land package. From day one with our initial contact with Terri, to the consultation and services provided by Oscar we have had amazing support. Oscar is approachable, friendly and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to preparing to take that step in building your first home.
