With hands-on experience as a wall and floor tiler and a Certificate IV in Building and Construction, Rosie brings a practical edge to her role and knows exactly what goes into building a quality home.

Although Thomas is new to the industry, his background as a plumber for 11 years and experience in car sales for 5 years bring a unique perspective to his role. His time as a plumber exposed him to the intricacies of new construction homes, allowing him to discern what works and what doesn’t in home design.

As a dad to a beautiful daughter, Mia, Thomas understands the importance of creating a safe and comfortable space for families. He also shares his home with a spirited Staffy named Winnie, adding an extra dash of energy to his household. In his spare time, Thomas enjoys staying active through running and work outs, alongside treasuring moments with his family and his beloved horses Polly, Huey, and Dickie.

Farsh is one of those people who just gets it—he knows how big the decision to build a home is, and he’s committed to making that journey as smooth and rewarding as possible. With a decade of experience as a painter and seven years helping clients as a New Home Consultant, Farsh has guided over 250 individuals and families into homes they love.

Known for his calm and capable approach, Farsh is a bit of a finance whiz. He’s great at finding solutions others might miss, especially when it comes to budgeting and home loan options. But what really sets him apart is his after-sales care—Farsh sticks with his clients every step of the way, always checking in, answering questions, and making sure everything feels just right.

Stefan has been in the building industry for over ten years and helped over 400 people get into their new home 😱. So there isn’t anything Stefan hasn’t seen!

He loves property and the opportunities it can provide, whether it’s an investment, your first or forever home. He’ll be your numbers guy, making the process easy for you.

Originally from Denmark, Stefan loves to take his family travelling around the globe.

When asked about words he lives by, he shared a saying that his Mum told him as a kid that really stuck with him: “Treat others how you would want to be treated” ✅✅✅

Stefan’s favourite design is the Boston. “It’s an incredibly well-designed home at a VERY sharp price. It’s extremely well suited for investment due to the second living area to the front and it fit a small block found in most estates across town. Love it!”

Cam’s passion for what he does comes across in his open and genuine approach. He likes to be there every step of the journey with his clients. Cam really gets to know his clients so he can make recommendations that fit perfectly.
Also, the experience Cam developed in the home electrical and tech industry comes in handy when designing a clients perfect home. ✍

When he’s not making his clients laugh you can find him playing cricket in the nets with his family or making music. In another life, Cam would have been a Standup comedian or musician, and the star playing him in a musical comedy feature length film would be Matt Lucas or John Goodman 🎭

Terri has been in the building industry for over 28 years and is dynamite when it comes to finance solutions for her clients. A qualifier by day, a chef by night and a dog lover in between, Terri is a gem and will help anyone with their home ownership goals. Terri believes the best time to build a house is as soon as you can, and she’s helped 2,000 clients (no, that’s not a typo) take the step into home ownership.

Terri owned a fashion store before her love of property lead her to this role. If anyone were going to play her in a TV show, it would be Joanna Lumley, and she would be a bridge-playing superstar!

Her favourite design is the Hudson with a games room and spacious living area – noice.

Andy Olsen is a detail-oriented and easy going New Home Consultant who’s passionate about making the home-building journey clear and approachable for his clients. With a natural talent for simplifying what can feel like a complex process, Andy has helped over 600 people turn their dreams of home ownership into reality over the past decade.

What truly drives Andy is the moment a client walks into their finished home. He especially loves visiting completed homes once families have settled in—it’s the ultimate reward for a job well done. With a keen eye for design, Andy uses 3D modelling to walk clients through their customisations in real-time, ensuring they feel confident and involved every step of the way.

Before entering the building industry, Andy wore a few different hats: he’s been an artist, a trainee rail engineer, and a carpenter. This diverse background fuels his creative and technical problem-solving skills. When he’s not guiding clients through their home builds, you’ll find him spending time with his two Great Danes, daydreaming about renovating a beachside home—complete with a Hollywood-worthy plot twist.
