In the news: Ticking all the boxes on affordability and design

Easy Living Guide

Outdoor access from the expansive master suite in The Elke display has been a real talking point by those taking a walk through the well-designed home.

The bedroom opens out to one of the biggest alfresco areas in the Easystart Homes range, and despite the home's luxurious offerings, it is still well suited to a first homebuyers price range.

"This is a home for savvy first homebuyers as it ticks all the boxes on affordability and design," Easystart Homes Sales Manager Ryan Underwood said.

The unique outdoor feature ensures the rear-set master bedroom is a haven for parents in today's fast-paced world.

"We know that in this climate people are working hard and looking for a good work/life balance," Mr Underwood said.

"This is a clever design that goes a long way towards addressing that and the rear-set master suite is pivotal in that decision making."

The master bedroom spoils parents with a private entry, well-sized walk-in robe and a stylish ensuite with double-sized shower, while the outdoor access elevates the luxurious bedroom to the next level.

"The alfresco is a room in its own right and providing access from the master suite adds a sense of indulgence and privacy," Mr Underwood said.

A walk through the rest of the home reveals a host of other impressive features.

"It's a home all about showing how style, space and sophistication can easily be balanced with affordability," Mr Underwood said.

The guest bedroom continues the luxury seen in the master suite, offering a walk-in robe and spacious interior while nestled behind the garage away from street noise.

"The guest bedroom at the front of the home is a very private retreat that would be great for people visiting or FIFO workers," Mr Underwood said.

"Because it's positioned directly opposite the family bathroom and second toilet, there is an added convenience also."

Meanwhile the kids' bedrooms sit across the hallway in their own private wing, offering spacious living with built-in robes.

"The children's wing is at the front of the home and included in that space is the home theatre, which can be used for their exclusive use or can also double as an activity or playroom," Mr Underwood said.

The free-flowing open-plan kitchen, living and dining area fills the rest of the floor plan, with its light and airy interiors under high 31-course ceilings.

"The kitchen is literally in the heart of this home," Mr Underwood said. "It is a very social hub that overlooks the main living and dining areas and has easy outdoor access, both through the alfresco and the laundry."

The home features a modern front facade to match the stylish interior that waits inside.

"Feature Axon cladding frames the portico to give it a textured finish and this is offset nicely with the painted timber slats that sit on top of the area," Mr Underwood said.

Situated in Whitby, The Elke display is open for viewing Saturdays 1-5pm, Sundays 12-5pm and Mondays and Wednesdays 2-5pm.
