In the news: Fusing entertainment, style and comfort

Easy Living Guide

Designed for savvy first homebuyers, the Fusion from Easystart Homes includes a number of exciting features that set it out as being a unique and well-designed home.

The design cleverly separates the three-bedroom, two-bathroom sleeping quarters from the entertaining zone to allow for harmonious family living, according to Easystart Sales Manager Ryan Underwood.

This entertaining zone is found at the rear of the home and includes a gallery-style kitchen with excellent access to a double recess for a fridge/freezer and a well-sized walk-in pantry.

"The open-plan design positions the galley-style kitchen overlooking the living and dining zones, which include high 31-course ceilings," Ryan says.

"Plus, easy access to outdoor dining options in the alfresco offers a feeling of light and space."

"It's a home to entertain effortlessly in comfort and style."

Another key feature of the kitchen is the use of slimline windows that open the space up and act as a splashback to provide an excellent view of the outdoors.

Oversized windows and large glass doors have been used throughout the home to create generous living spaces filled with natural light.

"This is perfect for the much-loved indoor/outdoor lifestyle of Western Australians," Ryan says.

Moving towards the front of the home brings the three exquisite bedrooms into focus.

The two secondary bedrooms provide excellent storage options through their built-in robes, while the auxiliary bedroom at the front of the home includes a corner window that really accentuates the space.

The main event in terms of bedrooms, however, is the master suite. It has been cleverly tucked behind the double garage to provide the ideal buffer from potential street noise.

A walk-in robe, well-appointed ensuite and access to a secluded outdoor courtyard help to create the ideal private space to relax in.

One of the absolute standouts of the home is the front elevation.

Made up of an elegant, cedar-clad verandah with raking ceiling and steel entry framework.

Ryan says the mixed use of organic and industrial materials in the elevation provides a glimpse of what to expect after entering the home.

"It is not normally seen at this price point and makes a striking statement," he says.

Sitting just off the open-plan living and dining area, the home theatre is an excellent addition in this home.

Its location keeps it a key part of the entertaining zone, but Ryan says it still provides a cosy place to unwind.

Complementing the home's style is the clever inclusion of storage options throughout.

"Storage can often be sacrificed in first homebuyer design, but not with Easystart Homes," Ryan says.

"The walk-in pantry to the kitchen is massive and ensures even the most seasoned chef will be able to store all of their tools away neatly."

"The walk-in linen is another huge storage space, and each bedroom features plenty of built-in wardrobe space too."
