BREAKING NEWS: Up to $55K in Grants still available!* Reserve your spot

Receive up to $55k in Grants to build your first home!

Posted 4 June 2020

Remember when ScoMo announced a $25,000 HomeBuilder Grant which will be offered to Australian’s looking to either build a new home or renovate?

Well guess what, the good news keeps on coming! Mark McGowan jumped on board and announced the WA Government will be offering a $20,000 Building Boost for eligible first home buyers.

If you’re lucky enough to have not owned your own home before, you’re still eligible for State Government’s $10,000 First Home Owners Grant PLUS you pay no stamp duty!

You read it right, that’s a total of three grants worth $55,000 that you can put towards your first home (if you meet the criteria).

The three available grants for first home builders are:

  1. $25,000 Federal HomeBuilder Grant
  2. $20,000 WA Building Boost
  3. $10,000 First Home Owners Grant

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and there really has never been a better time to build in Perth than right now!

Sales Manager for Easystart Homes, Behan Flaherty said there’s truly never been a better time than now to become a homeowner.

“This announcement is a HUGE win for homeowners looking to either take their first step on the property ladder, or have struggled to finance their second or third home,” Mr Flaherty said.

“We’ve never seen anything like it. It’s also a great time to take advantage of historic low interest rates –they’re the lowest they have ever been, so locking in your interest rate along with the increased grant, is an opportunity too good to miss.”
