1. Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age and over. Employees of Summit Homes Group (“the Promoter”), the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. By completing the entry form, entrants understand and agree to being contacted by or on behalf of Summit Homes Group for the purpose of contacting you with exciting news, promotion and opportunities for an indefinite period of time or until you advise Summit Homes Group otherwise.
4. Valid entry requires that all mandatory fields of the entry form marked with an asterisk (*) are completed. Complete and submit the form by going to www.easystart.com.au.
5. The Promotion commences august 25th 2010 at 12.01am Australian Western Time (AWT) & closes 5pm at midnight AWT (“Promotion Period”).
6. Entry is limited to one per entrant (classified as same email address). Any form of automated entry using any other devices or software is invalid.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.
8. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
9. The major prize will be awarded as $10,000 off the purchase price of your home built with Easystart Homes.
10. The prize draw will be conducted at 10.00am at 242 Leach Highway, Myaree, WA, 6154 on 25th August 2011.  The first valid entry chosen randomly will win the major prize.
11. The winner will be notified by phone and mail and their name will be published in The West Australian within three months from the entry draw date.
12. Total prize pool is valued at $10,000.
13. The prize is not transferable & cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stipulated.
14. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
15. Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Summit Homes Group Privacy Policy.
16. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. By entering the competition, the major prize winner agrees to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
18. The prize only applies to homes built within the Perth metro area.
19. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
20. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this promotion.
